What an excellent letter by activist Pidgeon Pagonis, and a great move to resist the invitation from longtime IGM advocate Dr. David Sandberg to engage in a private dialogue with him. Intersex activists have engaged in these dialogues for decades and doctors have not listened. Now Sandberg and others like him who continue to advocate for IGM despite the hundreds of cases of reported harm can read, openly and publicly, from yet another person irreversibly harmed by IGM, on why it needs to end now.

We’ll be curious to see if Sandberg is ethical enough to answer Pagonis’s questions.
