The essay also examines the similarities transgender people face with the TSA while traveling, and the American College of Pediatrics’ (ACPEDS) pathologization of intersex people and attempt to deny intersex biological reality with binary statements about all humans being male or female, in order to frame transgender people as psychologically disordered.
